Steven Deneault (Cinematographer)
Steven attended the Vancouver Film School where he shot his first film, a 16mm short entitled White Grease Paint. It won the 2004 Canadian Society of Cinematographers Award for outstanding Student Cinematography. While a student he also shot Alarium, which received two Leos (B.C. Film Awards). Acts of Imagination is his first feature.
"We had a small crew of ten or so, limited resources and equipment, but that just made us all work harder. We took chances, made a few mistakes, but also enjoyed happy accidents. It was team work, and a lot of precise planning."
